This Coastal Contemporary style home features a tropical yet simple landscape design that compliments the dramatic and novel architectural embellishments of this home. It was important for the homeowners to have as much natural light as possible coming into the home so we made sure to maximize the plant selection of shrubs and groundcover and minimize any midstory that may obstruct natural lighting.

Having the benefit of a wide lot allowed us to design an outdoor garden courtyard located off the left side of the home outfitted with comfortable seating, fireplace, flower garden, and a water feature.
